I found Jorge Lale on the internet & he was extremely courteous & helpful, in fact he saved me from spending money unnecessarily on my great granddaughters computer. I would definitely use him again if necessary. He’s very professional.

We called Jorge Lale because we were having problems with an Apple Laptop. He came to our house almost immediately. He knew exactly was he was doing and we took the opportunity to have hi look at problems with other computers including a desktop. He solved all the problems. He is a gentle, easy going, knowledgeable young man. We dropped the Geeks and are now doing all of our computer issues with Jorge.

Jorge was awesome. He quickly repaired my laptop the same day I called. and was honest. Showed me pics of my laptop issues. Def will call again! Great service!

Wasn’t able to fix my rig but Jorge was a very helpful and concerned man. Genuinely a nice and honest guy but unfortunately my case was more severe and needed my motherboard to be replaced. But he said he will keep in contact and help me when my new parts ce In for my computer. Thankyou Jorge.

Redland Service Call Jorge was awesome! We called him about my new 2019 Dell computer that had malware. He came out and corrected that problem and that began an odyssey of repairs and data recovery requests. My old 2010 gaming computer now FLIES (faster than my 2019 Dell)! My husband’s 2015 Inspiron is running like a charm (it was a paperweight before Jorge got a hold of it). All now have good malware and better virus protection. Jorge was even able to retrieve all my data from our 2002 Tower and 2006 HP laptop (SATA, so not worth upgrading components). We downloaded all files from our computers and two old external hard drives to one small external hard drive. And even if you know a bit about computers, as my husband and I do, Jorge can still teach you a thing or ten. I chose him based on his other reviews and cannot recommend him highly enough. Fast, knowledgeable, travels to your home, and will let you know if a fix is good or a waste of money!

Jorge was super helpful. He got my laptop running super efficiently all remotely the same day! Thanks to him I’m able to run Photoshop and use my laptop for it’s intended purpose, without having to spend a lot of money. The gentleman that worked on my MacBook was outstanding. Excellent customer service, and follow up even after the work was completed. He assisted me with some questions unrelated to the work that was done, and I was also able to get same day repairs on my MacBook that I highly rely on for work and school. This guy’s crazy smart and honest, he came out to my cousin house when we hit a wall and didn’t know what to do. He took his time but was efficient answered all our questions and then some id recommend anyone to use his service I will definitely again.

Excellent experience with PC305 aka Arreglo Laptops. Our MaxBook’s screen was broken and PC305 repaired it quickly and efficiently. Diagnosis was handled over the phone with photos and the quote for repair was accurate and reasonable.

We had a Dell laptop that desperately required a clean install of windows. We called ‘Fix your PC’ and Jorge came quickly, promised a quick turn around. 48 hours later we had the laptop and it was like new. Jorge even went above and helped fix our home wifi which he did as an extra. Very happy and would use him again.

Jorge is the best computer mechanic my family know’s we’ve been calling him about our computer issues for years.
